Leider kam die zugesagte und notwendige Info zum Check-in nie an! Nur durch die Hilfe eines anderen Hotelgastes war der Bezug des reservierten Zimmers möglich. Danach wurde es doch noch zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt.

There was no staff at the property when we arrived, there was a phone number posted that no one answered. By chance another lodger explained that they leave the doors unlocked and a key in the room. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!! AS A SIDE NOTE: IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FREE NIGHTS STAY, THIS IS YOUR GO TO!

午後1時半頃着きましたが、レセプションは閉まってました。ホテルズドットコムのメールで着いたことを告げると程なくして、部屋番号と入り方を知らせるメールがきました。レセプションに人がいる時間が限られているようですが、緊急時でなければ問題ないと思います。 部屋はソファースペースもあり落ち着く雰囲気でした。パネルヒーターがあるのでタオルや洗濯物がすぐ乾くのがよかったです。 ドアロックの仕方が最初よくわからず他のゲストに教えてもらいました。 部屋についてはヘアドライヤーがあれば言うことなかったです。 朝食は8時からレセプション棟の2階で食べられます。 パン、ハム、チーズ、ゆで卵、野菜など基本的なものがそろっていて、とても美味しかったです。 全体として居心地よく滞在できました。 WiFiも問題なかったです

Skagens Motel I kan gøre det bedre!

På trods af at Skagen Motel skulle sende sms og mail, kom der aldrig videre anvisninger? Der var et enkelt telefonnummer uden for den lukkede reception, men dette nummer var slet ikke aktivt, da det kun var åbent for opkald inden for begrænset tidsrum. Vi måtte finde anden overnatning ude på ankomstaftenen, hvilket i sig selv slet ikke er acceptabelt. Under vort ophold her i Skagen, hørte vi om tilsvarende for nok så mange andre gæster der havde været igennem det samme. Så for andre gæster, så kontakt gerne Foldens Hotel der tilsyneladende samarbejder med dette sted, og de vil kunne anvise værelset på Skagens Motel med det samme.
