"This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the hillside far away from the hustle of a town however close enough to go to the beaches and local tavernas. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again."

"We were so pleased with our stay at Steris Elegant Beach Hotel! We arrived past midnight on our first day because of a delayed flight and the staff, especially Dino, was so welcoming and helpful, which was a great start to our stay. We loved having the beach right out front of our hotel, and the beach service with chairs, umbrellas, food and drinks was fantastic. The rooms are also very clean, the ac works great and the location is near the old town, supermarkets, tourist and local shops....

"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. "Very good and family friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent stay. The only complaint would be that dinner at 2 of the 4 restaurants felt a little like a conveyor belt where the priority seemed to be getting us fed and out as quickly as possible rather than having us enjoy the dining experience. With that said the experience at the other 2 restaurants was excellent."
