Family friendly Hotels in Sivota, Igoumenitsa

"Our stay at **Canvas by Mitsis Messonghi** was overall very enjoyable, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. Every team member — from reception and guest relations to F&B staff, spa staff, and porters — was consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. Special thanks to Kemal, Michael, Anastasia, Boeana, and the helpful team member from Lebanon. The beautiful green grounds, enjoyable family-friendly entertainment (especially Greek Night), and prompt room service added to the positive experience. However, there are areas for improvement. The family bungalow rooms are quite small and lack privacy for a family of four, particularly with older children. Bathroom ventilation and layout were also inconsistent. The biggest disappointment was the lack of halal food options. Despite booking all-inclusive, we were limited mostly to vegetarian and fish dishes. Food was not clearly labelled, and there was limited staff awareness of halal dietary requirements, which made dining stressful and restrictive. This significantly impacted our overall experience and would make it difficult to recommend the hotel to other Muslim families. In summary, a very good hotel with outstanding service, but improvements in room suitability and inclusive food options would greatly enhance the experience."

"We went out of season and arrived late due to our flight delay. The gentleman at reception was so helpful and made sure we could have food even though the restaurant was almost closing. Great staff and lots of choice for food."

"A newly renovated resort with nice views and pet friendly with nice private beach (shared with another hotel)… Nothing much, in high season the property is unfortunately understaffed, parking is a bit difficult as well… It has one area for breakfast, one restaurant and a beach bar. Pools were fine one family and one adults only. "
