Hotels with Spa in Sitges, Catalonia

"As a loyal long term member of Hotels.com I was quite disappointed when I tried to extend my stay with another night at ME Sitges Terramar. As usual, I did it first on Hotels.com. Your price was Euros 315.00 for my type of room. Luckily, I asked the reception of the hotel how much they charge for one extra night and their price was Euros 258 for the same room. How do you explain this large difference of almost Euros 60??? How much more money did I pay throughout the years using Hotel.com services??? How can I trust Hotels.com with my future bookings??? "Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, walkable, close to restaurants, shopping, and on the ocean. We wished we had spent more time enjoying this treasure. "

"Excellent breakfast and waiters/ waitresses. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. My only issue was with the room cleaning because tea/milk/sugar were not replenished by the cleaner for two days running. "

"Rooms were clean, resort is well laid out, views are lovely, pool and games room was great for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Despite all this the hotel hasn’t really understood that people need coffee in the morning. The resort is off the beaten path so you can’t just pop out and get one. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker but only two pods (for four guests) are provided. After using those we asked if we could get/pay for more pods and we could not. We asked if we could buy coffees from the restaurant/breakfast buffet, and again we could not. This is something that should be addressed by the hotel - modern hotels should have some access to coffee for guests. Front staff told us there was nothing she could do for us (even though there are clearly pods and fresh coffee on site). Disappointing to say the least. "

"The room was not what I expected. There was no chairs to sit in. They have kettles available but you have to ask the front desk. Good luck with the WiFi on the 3rd floor which was non-existent. The staff and water pressure were probably the best things about the Hotel, "

"DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA! They are liars, I booked this hotel very far in advance with enough time to modify but neither expedia or the hotel would modify the reservation. They kept blaming each other until I eventually had to pay for the entire stay and was no longer allowed to modify. The hotel let me know this was a common occurence via expedia. The hotel was subpar and I would not stay there again."
