"We were checked-in 1 hr earlier - thanks. Requested for additional toilet rolls, which were delivered next day. There were no hand towels, which were also delivered the next day. Tried the massage facility, but the extension number published was wrong, and nobody picked up for couple of hours. Reception then provided the correct extension. "Not a nice experience staying in this hotel. The room size was too small to accommodate two adults and a child and they didn’t even offer a cot for the additional mattress we had requested. They don’t even have an in-house coffee tea making facilities and one needs to go out in to the corridor to make tea. For the money they are charging, it’s just not worth the stay. Opt for this hotel only if there are no alternatives."
