"Sehr zentral gelegen – darin sehe ich den grössten Vorteil dieser Unterkunft. Die Umgebung beziehungsweise das Gebäude selbst wirken allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die saubere Toilette und Dusche sowie die Betten, Decken und die allgemeine Grundausstattung. Weniger angenehm waren der etwas strenge Geruch im Zimmer, der sehr laute Kühlschrank sowie die ausgeprägte Ringhörigkeit. Das Internet funktionierte nur teilweise und war sehr instabil, was mich beruflich...

"We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. Traveling with a young child can sometimes be challenging, but the team consistently exceeded our expectations with their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and family enjoyment. The baby pool was an absolute highlight for our little one and provided hours of fun in a safe and welcoming environment. We were also impressed by the playground, which was beautifully maintained and offered a fantastic space for children to play and explore. Overall, this hotel delivered an exceptional family-friendly experience. We truly appreciated the outstanding service, excellent facilities, and warm hospitality. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing and memorable stay."

"My husband, father in law, and I stayed one night before heading to our next destination. We have stayed in various hotels in Europe and this hotel has by far the best mattresses we've slept on in Europe. It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and included, a huge plus. Marko at reception was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and quick to help, even allowing us to check out an hour later. We would definitely stay again."

"It’s in the middle of the old town, so convenient. Breakfast is included, just a famous restaurant downstairs. No parking in the old town for sure, just take a uber to the gate which connects to the bridge, and walks about 3 minutes, then you can reach the hotel. Rooms are clean and way bigger than I expected. Me and my wife are like it, will come back for sure."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Demar Residences in Zadar. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool area, and everything is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and we loved that they all have balconies or patios facing the wonderful pool in the back. It created such a relaxing atmosphere. Denis, the owner, was truly the best. He was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even more special. We loved it so much that we actually decided to stay an extra day. Everything was perfect, and I would 100% recommend Demar Residences to anyone visiting Zadar!"

Villa Liburnum

"Stayed for a week, June 2026. We were very late arriving (midnight) but a welcome letter had been left for us at reception with our keycard and instructions. There was ample free parking alongside the hotel. Our room (4) was a Deluxe King Pool view room in the Mirabilis block (the newer of the two blocks). This block only has the King Deluxe rooms - 6 in total, with the panoramic breakfast room on the top floor. There is an elevator in this block, unsure about the other. Room was spotlessly clean, excellent air-conditioning and shower was hot and powerful. Kettle with the usual tea/coffee (but no milk - we just bought some the next day and popped it in the mini fridge). Pool was very well maintained with plenty of padded loungers. Breakfast was 7-11am - eggs/omelettes cooked to order, coffee machine, freshly cooked crepes, pastries, bread/toast, fresh fruits, yogurt, chia pudding, cold meats and cheese, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and the usual condiments. Music in the breakfast room was very loud on a couple of occasions but we simply asked for it to be turned down a little and it was no problem at all. We walked into town one evening which took around 35 mins but it's through a very residential area with few pavements, and was not very straightforward. We took Klaudio's advice and booked a Bolt ride back to the hotel which was around €4. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks Klaudio and team! P.S. A hook in the bathroom to hang the robes would be our only suggestion!"
