Overall, the property was in good condition . The hall carpet on the 5th floor was uneven and I nearly tripped on it twice. Three days in a row the clerk at the main desk looked like he had just gotten out of bed

Embassy Suites Charleston
Paid for a room, the hotel double booked the room. We walked in on a family in bed. The family thought it was odd the TV said welcome Mark. None of them were Mark. That was me.
