She was incredibly kind, hardworking, and made my stay much more enjoyable. Her service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future"

"The comfort room was spacious, though on the first floor, so outside noise was an issue. Soundproofing could be better. It’s comfortable for the price—not luxury, but fine smooth check in. One receptionist and one staff member were off, but the rest were respectful and helped me on several occasions. Located in Şişli, about 10 minutes from the metro, with supermarkets nearby"
