It is a bit harder the first time off the highway to make sure you don’t miss it or ensure you don’t get rear ended by another car. The inn itself is amazing and a must stay for anyone coming to Bucharest from out of Romania or coming for a weekend getaway from within Romania to visit Bucharest. "

"Very convoluted process of paying the cleaning fee. They do not provide the address nor details on how to check in before you pay the cleaning fee but the only way to pay the fee is through internal Romanian bank transfer. Good thing I had a Romanian friend who made the transfer otherwise there were no means to make the payment. Also it was a bit dirty including hair in the bed sheets "

"This is an amazing property. Beautiful hotel, luxuriously appointed. The staff is great. Unfortunately the area is still developing. If you are driving, there is no way to go towards Bucharest. You have to drive a couple of miles in the opposite direction and make a U turn. Getting in and out of the street where the hotel is from and onto the highway is an adventure in itself. Getting in, it is very easy to miss the street, as there is only one sign, after the intersection, and if you miss it, you have to drive about 20 minutes, and make two U turns to get back. Getting out, it is dangerous as there is no on-ramp. Other than that, we truly enjoyed an excellent hotel, with plenty of free parking!"

"I recently spent two nights at Hotel Phoenicia Express and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated how quiet and restful it was, allowing me to relax after a long day of travel. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the convenient location, with easy access to the airport and the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would gladly return and recommend Hotel Phoenicia Express to anyone looking for a good, reliable hotel in Bucharest. Thank you for the hospitality! "

"This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we will stay here again when we return to Bucharest. The room was clean and well maintained, the pool was clean (a bit busy only during the weekend) the steam bath and sauna, hot. The lobby bar was welcoming and service in general was good! Uber and Bolt cars arrive quickly and can take you anywhere you want to visit."
