"We’ve had a lovely time at the hotel. The hotel is located in the Old Town and perfect location on the edge of the lake. We chose a double aspect balcony room. Our room was in the main hotel building. The room was a little dated but very clean. Shower was powerful and bathroom had bidet. The spa and pool are situated across the courtyard and unfortunately there is a very strong smell of sulphur as you walk through to the pool. The service in the bar was pretty much non existent, so we chose to have a drink elsewhere before finding somewhere for dinner. The breakfast was included in the price and was very good too. Plenty of choice with some others choices for an extra cost. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again, but only in the original building. Rooms 2 and 3 are the ones with sun beds on the balconies and have a fantastic view of the lake."

"Beautiful hotel in a quiet location . Situated a 30 minute walk from the castle , shuttle bus can get you there in 5 mins for 2 Euros. The staff at the hotel are amazing giving us lots of information on the area and how to get there ."

"Perfect Location & Facilities. Staff are amazing. The pool area has a beautiful view of the lake & plenty of sun beds in the sun & shade if preferred with a bar/restaurant for pool side enjoyment. Private access to the lake for hotel guests & a short walk to Jamaica Beach & the main town make this hotel the perfect location. Quiet & peaceful area. A special thanks to all the staff involved in helping me with a surprise for my partner. All round brilliant stay, if you’re looking for a location in lake garda, Sirmione is the place & Hotel Ideal is the cherry on top"
