Pontos a melhorar: Recepção, fomos impedidos de adentrar antes das 14:00hs, quando deu as 14:00hs em ponto tinha várias e várias pessoas para fazer os chek-ins e ficou uma verdadeira bagunça, o pessoal da recepção ficou até sem saber o que fazer! Uma sugestão: Conforme o pessoal for chegando, embora seja um pouco antes das 14:00hs, vão liberando para não gerar tumultos!"

They wanted me to pay again when I arrived at the lobby’s reception even though I had already paid via expedia because they claimed that what I paid was a deposit. The listing made no mention of this nor any of the emails I received. "Our room was really smelly, it smelled like sewage so badly that we had to change rooms (thankfully they accommodated us on that). There was construction on site which made it a noisy environment. The outside vicinity smells as well like swamp. We were disappointed because we were expecting more from the way the property was presented on Expedia. "

"The property itself is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The resort is 10-15min away (by car) from downtown Porto de Galinha where all stores and restaurants are; therefore either you have to have a car, a rental, or use uber. Which is all right, if you are prepared for it… just be aware! The beach around the resort is nice and much less busy then the ones around downtown Porto de Galinhas, which is very pleasant. Overall we loved our stay! "
