While the view from the bay-facing rooms is lovely and there’s a charming coffee shop and gift store just down the hill, the condition of the property fell well below what was advertised. We rented a “Deluxe Duplex,” and sadly saw visible water damage, the bathroom was damp with long term mold and a rotting door. "The hotel building is a bit older, but it's clear the owner has thought a lot about guests' confort. Everything is very clean especially the linens. The interior has also been updated as well. The owner is very kind. We felt more comfortable here than in a 4 or 5 star hotel! I don't want to say any more good things because the hotel may become too busy and we might not be able to find a room next time."
