"J'ai eu toutes les peines du monde pour trouver l'hôtel (plan erroné et aucune indication) J'ai été accueilli par une demoiselle en chaussettes qui ne parle que l'anglais (sauf au moment de l'addition ou elle parle très bien portugais et français...) Cette demoiselle était la comptable. Quand elle m'a présenté la chambre des dizaines de cartons jonchaient le sol ! "Loved the property, had a pool, view of Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle and valley, short walk to restaurants and shops. Staff helped us with tickets, information and booked taxi for us up to Pena Palace. Lovely breakfast brought to our room. Would highly recommend! "
