Disliked: Staff & service
Some aspects of the customer service were not good at all, particularly the way I was treated by some staff members. The room itself was clean, but there was a strong cigarette smoke smell coming from the connecting room. I reported the issue several times and requested assistance, but unfortunately, it was never resolved. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel.
