Perfect for what it is - still get a sense of privacy even though you are sharing rooms. Staff was wonderful and it’s in the perfect place to access a where in the city through the train systems.

It was good over all. A pod is a pod - so you can’t control other people (who were making noise). But the staff was friendly and helpful and everything was clean.

The Pod is great value for money if you’re looking for a big step up from a dorm but don’t want an expensive hotel. It was very quiet and felt safe. The staff were really helpful and the location is convenient for getting around the island. Would recommend!

Stay was excellent. In a good area, lots to do in Kampong Glam and very close to Bugis station. Interiors are nicely done, pods themselves are spacious enough. Only thing is next time I would try and get a bottom bunk to access my stuff a bit easier.

I stayed for six nights, and unfortunately for all in the room, we ENDURED a TERRIBLE snorer for two of the nights. One other note, I only felt hot water in the shower one afternoon of the 6 nights. Loved the location.

I had concerns before staying there, after staying I was very happy and surprised. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms and restrooms are very clean. The bed is cozy, i had good rest. The only downside for the upper bunker is there is only one side to grip when climbing up the last step which is not easy.

Nice, cozy capsule hotel concept. Showers were clean and pity the floors are mixed genders even if you select male/female only. Can get quite stuffy in the beds so did not use the roller blinds at night.

This capsule hotel is right infront of a bus stop, very convenient! The only thing that is not great is the WiFi connection. It is barely more than 5mbps....

The property is 5/5 just that the pictures updated for single rooms are not up to date. I had chosen a different room setup which was a little spacious as per the photos uploaded on various sites but in reality it was a smaller version of it. When I enquired at the reception they mentioned the photos are not upto date and spacious one (one which is uploaded) aren't available anymore

friendly staff, nice location. The hotel is near Arab street. and also, it's just in front of a stop of some public buses (e.g. to Marina Bay Sands). The nearest station, Bugis, is very easy to access China town, Little India, and Changi airport. The floor in a bathroom is sometimes wet, slippery, and messy, but it seems to be a matter of manners.

The only setback for this place is that when people don't follow rules, there's totally no sound-barrier so you would hear 100% of noise people make.

I’ve stayed in capsule hotels on numerous trips to Japan & was interested to see how the concept carried across to other countries. The accommodation is not up to the same standard as capsule hotels in Japan, but not too bad. But I was left wondering whether the concept can work when you take it into a different culture - other guests ignored the no food in rooms conventions, luggage was in the way etc. no noise curfews were respected. etc. not necessarily the fault of the hotel and maybe my expectations were too high.
