Kind staff, excellent room, great views, enjoyable pool and rooftop are we're all plusses. Only negatives were a fairly limited breakfast and issues with some devices not charging in the room. Otherwise, great location and excellent all around.

This is our third time here, however we felt that the maintenance of the rooms are not the best, as the toilet showers smelt like urine and was not very pleasant. Some staff were very accomodating however some were not.

Great location and service!

Amazing location and service! Ivan was so nice and remembered our names during our stay and did a great tea ceremony for us. Location of the hotel was great, close to MRT and walking distance to great areas. Pool was beautiful. Only slightly not great things were the hot tub felt dirty and had a bad smell to it on the second night, and in the room our bathroom sink did not drain even after housekeeping came in, but these were minor. Overall amazing stay and would recommend again!
