Great staff , Kei and Ganes from the main restaurant were excellent. Super well equipped .. the main lift system was extremely fast and efficient..never had to wait more than a few seconds Great gym and pool too Only comment with breakfast was that I didn't like the coffee. I found it very bitter but I guess its a matter of choice

Almost perfect. The staff were incredible - really really polite, friendly and helpful. I’ve not experienced this level of service anywhere else. Docked one star because the bars don’t open until 5. Not a problem for many people but when you’re on holiday (me at least), and you fancy a relaxing glass of wine or a beer (or a soft drink), you’d expect this. Otherwise outstanding

This hotel has unique location on the waterfront promenade overlooking Marina Bay Sands. Our room was very comfortable with many amenities and in room dining were prompt with our order requests. The Internet access was strong and easily accessible. Although we only stayed 1 night we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Mandarin Oriental is in a convenient location with easy access to shopping malls, food outlets and local attractions. The breakfast and lunch menu does really offer variety and is very limited. The breakfast and restaurant service is poor with staff taking 15-20mins to serve tea/ coffee. Very clean hotel but would rate as a 4 star not 5 star experience.

Fantastic hotel. Very much 5 star, with excellent service by the staff. Breakfast was plentiful, great variety and very relaxed. The rooms are beautiful, with great views over the Bay (we stayed on 19th floor and definitely had some of the best views of the Bay Area!). The pool area is fabulous with great views over the Bay. Definitely recommend.

The staff were always very attentive & friendly. The hotel was lovely - very well-maintained. The rooms were beautiful with lots of space. Fabulous breakfast and dinner. Wonderful pool and location. Will definitely stay here again when I next visit Singapore!
