The air conditioning was very good. Shops and transportation were walking distance away. The MRT and buses were excellent and not expensive. The bed was very low which was difficult to her in and out of for my husband. Very cool design though with the shower being outside.

Pros- Location was very convenient for orchard road and fort canning park Easy transport links Pool was lovely Nice touch having free teas/ coffees on the terrace Comfy bed Stylist room Complimentary breakfasts were great and loved there was a choice of 2 locations Early check in accommodated which was needed after a long trip Overall good value for money Cons- Room was noisy- I was staying near reception and there were cockerels on the property next door Ants constantly in the bathroom

Fantastic staff, it is just of of the busy areas but public transport is very close and easy to use. This is not a big corporate hotel which is why we chose.. Nice we pool to cool down in. Staff were awesome. They have an ice machine with fresh water

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. The room is divided in 2 floors (bed on 2nd floor). The room is a bit outdated but clean. Shower and toilet outside - fun feature. Good and quiet location. Close to restaurants and shops.

An absolute oasis in the city. Close to food, cafes, shopping centre, Starbucks! An inexpensive Grab trip to the waterfront. Lovely rooms, like a Balinese style. Beautiful and quiet and very clean. Loved the outdoor shower.

A vibrant hotel that catered to most of my needs. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was a small walk away. Loved the design of the room and the outdoor areas. I had some minor inconveniences during my stay and I thought they were dealt with as professionally as possible. I would stay again!

It was an older building close to shopping. Great staff. I loved the unit I was assigned. However, the floors needed a bit of cleaning with a mop especially under the furniture.

Very nice hotel given location and price. Staff were excellent. Room is a quite decent size for Singapore. Many Singaporean hotels around this price point struggle with humidity and mold in my experience; this hotel did quite well controlling this and maintaining the property in a good condition. Private bathroom was very good, but do bear in mind it is partially outdoor per the Balinese concept.

Loved the hotel location - away from the hustle and bustle of the central but still accessible to food and mall establishments in Orchard. The nature aesthetic also gives a serene vibes and good rest. Would be better if there's an in-house kitchen to serve breakfasts, but we appreciate the unlimited coffee vending. Also, thanks for the generosity of providing extra toiletries to my wife who was intrigued to the brand that you have.
