We stayed at the property for 6 days in August, and it was a great experience. The rooms are a little small, but extremely clean and functional. The hotel is also located in a very central location with a lot of options for food, shopping and transportation. Overall, a great experience, and we cannot wait to come back here again.

Foul smell from bathroom. Kept putting trash bin over vent on floor. But didnt seem to help. Community iron and iron board. Liked how a steamer was available. Needed to get coin from front deak for laundry... Wish it would accepted card. And they way i could have added time to the dryer without a whole other hour

The rooms are very clean. The hotel is close to the bus and subway metro that you can ho center. The staff at front desk are very nice and helpful. However, There is no isolation for noise at the door so everything in the corridor and all housekeeping works came to the room about 8:30 pm

The room is stunning and its just 5 minutes walking distance to Dhoby Gaut station, pleasant stay in the room, with the wooden design, although the address mentions Orchard, it is by no means walking distance to Orchard street, but it is still a nice stay overall

Not all staff can speak English. Be sure to have your towels or toilet paper we'll stocked. Housekeeping response to additional toilet paper will take awhile. Day 1 will have 2 rolls, but subsequent days only 1 roll is provided when they clean your room. Toilets also do not have bidet. Requests for late checkout will be difficult due to demand

Everything was perfect. I have not 1 bad thing I can say. All staff were amazing. Walking through the Lobby i would be greeted everytime with a happy friendly hello. Even the cleaning and maintenance staff would say hello in passing. Will stay here again on my next trip.

Very near to Fort Canning Park for a healthy walk, near to Plaza Singapura for dining & shopping. So it's covinient 👍 Just prepare a physical credit card for security deposit of S$100.00

Very Clean, New, Small Room

Very clean hotel. The furniture and equipment are in excellent condition. Very good location near famous shopping malls and 3 metro lines. The only downside is the small size of the room. Also, the doors of the toilet + shower are partially transperant, so take it into consideration when you decide with whom you share the room.

The windows were blacked out and other guests could be heard in the corridors. Very small rooms. No breakfast offered. I was told to walk across the road to Plaza Singapura! There are much better hotels in Singapore in the same price range. Don’t pick this one. It was clean, and that was the only thing I can say that was positive.
