Perfect Location

You can’t beat the location. It’s right on the river where you can conveniently walk to restaurants and the downtown area. Also, it’s right by the metro stop so you can easily travel to points further out. And, the hop on hop off bus stop is just across the street. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location and connected to subway and busses takes you to all the attractions (avoid uber/taxi). Singapore is an expesive city but great views and food options. Walkable brunch places to start your day. We had a river view room and could see fireworks by marina sands bay from our room.

Really easy check-in, incredibly nice staff and the hotel room was clean and in a great location. All the stand facilities were good and the general experience was largely positive. On the last night there was some unpleasant smells from the drains in the bathroom, altoigh this could be due to a number of reasons.

Great location next to river and walking paths. Room was nice with great view. Bar had great service. Gym had broken rower (notified desk but they didn't seem to understand). Some litter, beer cans, ... nearby that didn't get picked up during 3 day stay.

Family of Five

Family of five adults with different needs were all very happy with their stay at Four Points Sheraton Riverview Singapore. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious and clean despite the smell of humidity occasionally infiltrating our rooms. Air conditioning worked extremely well. Beds were fine, reasonably comfortable but quite firm. Food in the restaurant was good and the staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly with good service. Definitely will be a favourite for a return visit.

Fantastic location.

Overall the hotel was very good. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a evening meal in the hotel and despite it not being busy( only 6 customers) the service was painfully slow and the food when it did turn up was not that hot. Also housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, some days no toilet paper left and twice no towels left. Apart from those minor irritations our stay was great, fantastic location and exceptional staff.

The king room we stayed in this hotel was very small for 2 people to stay in for longer than 1 or 2 days. There is no where to put luggage for more than 1 person. There is no where to relax in the room due to it being too small.

No recognition of BONVOY status, not even night credits, since this was booked through Expedia. For the $$ spent on accommodation, nothing was earned towards BONVOY, what then is the use of booking through Expedia ? The rate was the same. Someone must have gotten those benefits....and it was certainly not me.

Too expensive

Facilities are too old. You can check the photo. Can you immagine the door of the guest room in that situation? By the way, the room rate was $280/night, not cheap. The hotel asked for the deposit higher than the real room rate but did not return the overcharge at the time of checkout, instead they said the overcharge would be returned later. When is "later"? Unfair.

Had to struggle with their communication on an issue for days with different department instead of them communicating internally among each others.. clients aren’t supposed to be involved with their mess and no responds to emails for weeks.. zero hospitality for a person spending 10 days at their hotel facilities.
