Had trouble doing late night check in. Make sure you have good WiFi service to get your digital keycard or you will have to call for front desk to come. Also fair warning, there are no elevators

Card was fraudulently charged with this hotel stay. Caught it immediately and informed the hotel that it was a fraudulent charge. This was for a booking which was 45 days in advance. Literally emailed the hotel within 4 minutes of the fraudulent booking. They refused to cancel saying it was non refundable. Not an issue as I did a charge back with visa but they made it a very frustrating experience because of their greed. I would suggest no one book this hotel. If they are prepared to do this, what other dirty tactics would they attempt? I have all our correspondence via email which I’m happy to share.

Difficult check in. System was down, so digital keys could not be accessed. Several people arrived at the same time, no space to stand. Room is hard to navigate for a family. Great area to visit, but not worth the hassle if traveling with a family.

Nice small hotel with smart TV. The street can be slightly noisey due to being in the centre of Chinatown. However it was a good stay in front of the hawker centre and had great restaurants in the surrounding area. The walls are thin!

Five star on location-the place was very convenient, in the center of Chinatown, walkable to Hawker Center, shopping, and MRT district lines. Two star-no elevator to third floor, room was really tiny, and the place can use a paint job and an upgrade on furniture.

That was like 6 adults living out of a closet. There was no where to store our suitcases, so 1 bed was used as storage. It was standing room only, like playing human tetris when it came time to move in the 6' x 2' walking area. So cramped
