"When we arrived, the hotel garden practically under the water. We stayed for four nights, it was terrible. We were located on second floor because we were informed the lift not function due to the flood. The water came from the tap was brown. The twins unable to use the pool because the water was contaminated from the flood. Where we located was noisy all night. We can’t sleep. But breakfast great and location superb. "

"I came to Bali to check out hotels for my guests to stay at for my upcoming birthday party. I was looking to book 30 rooms. At first, I thought I found the spot. The staff was great. The greeting was so warm, and the service was great.. However, the staff didn't offer a refund after giving my entire group food poisoning. The room had roaches; they fed us rotten eggs; we had to call the doctor to treat our illness. Needless to say, we won't be staying here for my party :( Youve been warned!!!"

"This resort may be the best I have ever stayed at. Massive yet cozy, beautiful beach that had hardly anybody it seemed. Gentle waves. I seaweed or pollution. I was just in awe. People like Ari helping serve at the pool. The people are so kind and gentle - to guests and to one another. Brilliant place. Will visit again FO SHOOOOUUURE!!!"
