The staff was extremely kind and helpful and made sure we had everything needed for a wonderful and comfortable stay. They arranged spa treatments, laundry cleaning and answered any questions we had day or night. We enjoyed most meals at the restaurant located on the property and the food was delicious. Overall, our stay at Berlima was nothing short of amazing!!!"
