"First time staying here and I was really quite pleased with the room and the staff. I got in a few hours early and Ashley checked me in early. She's a credit to your establishment; professional warm and friendly (as were all the staff). Bed was quite comfortable & I loved the shower. Worth noting on a busy holiday weekend the staff were in a great mood and with 4 elevators, I never had to wait longer than a few minutes. Thanks!"
"Stayed 12/20/25-12/22/25. I loved the location. Away from the craziness (crowd and traffic) but walking distance to other neighborhoods with lot of choices of restaurants. It is also 5 minutes walking distance to Chelsea Market. Staff was very attentive. "
"We loved this hotel! It was right outside of the tunnel, very close to the city, and it was a convenient stay for our trip. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and we are definitely planning to stay here when we return this summer!"
"Absolutely loved this hotel! Perfect location, King Accessible fit us perfectly, Double fit our adult kids perfectly, very friendly and helpful staff. We would stay here again. "
