Their excellent customer service truly made our experience even more memorable. The staff overall were friendly and attentive, and the resort had everything needed for a perfect vacation. "A well kept property with plenty of public spaces. They don't accept Amex despite advertising that they do and you have to pay for the stay at check-in, as opposed to leaving a credit card pre-authorisation, which means you need to settle any charges separately with another transaction. I got both the room upgrade and $25 Gold Member credit at check-in"
