"Hotel is aging. some things are just old"

"The hotel does not have a sign outside. The staff was nice. Room was dirty and linens/towels had stains. The place needs a deep clean and new linens. "

"Upon arrival, the building looks good under construction outside, but it looked like possible storm damage and wasn't an issue; inside, updated furnishings. Checking in, staff were nice. Walking into the room again it looks good, updated furnishings; however, the longer you look around, you start to notice things. Exs: possible “mucus” on the side in the bed (skirt area), boogers on pillow cases and parts of the walls. The top of the dresser has what looked like ashes, not sure if that was due to the construction outside. The mattresses were not the best, maybe could use a topper of sorts because you could feel every spring. Finally staff were a little strict at night. Telling our kids that the pool closes at 10 (sign said midnight) and that they weren’t allowed in the halls. Also while 6 of our group were hanging out in the breakfast area we were told we were too loud, when he truly hadn’t been. The purpose for our stay was a basketball tournament, so there were multiple teams staying. While some groups were allowing their kids to run the hall and be loud the staff had lumped us all together. In a pinch we could stay again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice. "

"Clean, quiet, and always comfortable. Friendly staff, and the check-in was delightful. I felt Welcome."

"Hair of unknown source was found in the bathroom sink, on the bathtub floor and walls. Amenities were limited and the front desk staff was unfriendly. "

"Stayed here for a week and never got my room cleaned once. I ended up having to set my dirty towels and garbage outside of the door to be picked up by the cleaning staff. Thought that might encourage them to step inside, vacuum and possibly replace the towels with fresh ones but no. Kind of ridiculous considering I paid $600+ for my stay. "

"Nice room. Really enjoyed the lobby lounge area and the breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. "

"Do not expect hotel amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo or conditioner. Also there were absolutely no charging stations in the room (even the back of TV). If you're looking for a place to rest your head it is fine."
