Cute lobby with a friendly bar tender. Cleaning staff was very friendly. I would recommend as this hotel was very close to Universal Studios."

"Had a great stay at the Sheraton near Universal Studios. The staff was super friendly and helpful, Thank You Angel for the super quiet room. The property is older but our room was well maintained and spotless. The hotel is also a short 12 min walk to Universal studios...The walk could be a little challenging to people with mobility issues due to to the hilly terrain. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I really enjoyed my stay here! It is a pricey hotel but the location was worth it since we were going to Universal Studios! I would say if you’re paying this price to stay here parking should have definitely been included but it was a separate charge which to me just isn’t justified. Staff was incredibly kind and they did have coffee, tea and juices available for guests 24/7 which was very nice. Overall a great stay."
