"For a so called 5 star hitel wde are very disappointed. For what we paud for Club access to have evening canapes which were awful. Very poor quality & not edible. The buffet breakfast is awful. Kept ssrvjng fruit, danish from 2 days prior. Did not clean used plates off our table & quality of food sub par. Have stayed at other 5 star hotels recently which this one does not even compare. The hotel needs to be renovated & i would only give it 3 stad at best."

"Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "

"Everything is excellent. From the service, the room quality, the billing process, to the excellent location, all was outstanding. I would definitely recommend the Grand Hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future."

"Very strange electric switches. Some worked others didn't. Some switches no where near the lights. Made no sense and very frustrating. Also very slow service from bellmen . Restaurant staff need better trainings. Just ok stay. "
