"Clean Room professional staff nice beach view"

"I had a semi private pool access room and it was great to be able to take a private swim. The staff are all considerate and clearly proud of their employment. My complaints are minor but disappointing at this price point. Centipedes kept finding there way into our room. Throwing out like 4 a day. The toilet made this gurgling noise once and the water leaked from the bottom. It stopped and was addressed but it took a awhile. The serving staff at breakfast doesn't understand the idea of a non dairy coffee. She repeatedly insisted she could do oat milk but it always showed up with cream and oat milk. Minor inconveniences but it did detract from the luxuriousness p "

"Beautifu pools, fabulous beach (on high tide) excellent scube diving crew, food selection was the usual fare, atrium and pool areas well presented, great design, luxurious. Will stay again."

"Good job for all the staff. I am not a fan of dogs lingering around the resort especially in the dining area and barked loudly every now and then. I understand the resort owners owns the dogs. This is a business establishment, not a kennel resort. Would’ve been nice if they were kept distance away from resort guests at all time. I would’ve enjoyed my stay entirely if not for the dogs. Other than that, staff did an awesome job to make my stay comfortable. "

"Large clean and cozy room. King size bed was comfortable which provided much needed sleep. The tub in the room was so relaxing with a fantastic view of nature. Hot water was steady in the bathroom. AC was respite from the outside humidity. The restaurant offered ample sized delicious home grown cooked meals. The staff from the reception, security, environmental services & cleaning crews to the restaurant were actively engaged to ensure you’re attended swiftly. Shout out to Jane!!! This is the place to watch the sunset. North Zen Villas is the sister resort of Oceanic; this resort is quiet and a short ride from the party scene of Alona Beach. Overall, this resort is a solace from a busy hectic life. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. "

"Hot showers and great food and staff. Alona beach was just over the beach walk and not really suitable to hang out on. Had to walk up towards the end for the sand. Just a 10 min tok tok ride to Dumaluan Beach where you can use the amenities and hang out on a gorgeous beach at the Oceanica. Highly recommend doing this. El at guest services was so helpful arranging a private driver to go see the chocolate hills, man made forest, Tarziers, bamboo bridge and the bee Farm resort. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in town. Short tok tok to main road for shops and restaurants. Mr and Mrs Thai was awesome:)"
