Excellent hotel. The staff was very polite and kind. I made a mistake with my booking and they helped me fix it. The area is excellent and the hotel is clean. I highly recommend it.

If you love surfing, this might be a good area to stay for few days. There is a water park near the hotel . It only opens on the weekends. The hotel could’ve been better if the pool was open unfortunately is under construction until next year . So no there’s no pool at the moment for this hotel . The area

객실 자체는 깔끔하고 인테리어도 괜찮았고, 침구도 뽀송한 편이었습니다. 뷰도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 문제는 객실 상태가 아니라 운영과 서비스였습니다. 가장 황당했던 건 4인실인데 카드키를 기본 1장만 준다는 점입니다. 객실 전원이 카드키와 연동돼 있어서 한 명이라도 잠깐 편의점에 가거나 물을 받으러 나가면 방 안 사람들은 불도 못 켜고 있어야 합니다. 심지어 카드키 외 다른 카드는 인식도 안 돼서 꽂아두고 나갈 수도 없습니다. 카드키가 있어야 객실 층으로 엘리베이터 이용도 가능하기 때문에 누군가 프론트에 문의를 하거나 물을 받으러 가는 사소한 일조차 카드키를 들고 나가야 합니다. 결국 객실에 남은 사람들은 전기가 꺼진 어두운 방에서 기다릴 수밖에 없습니다. 4인 객실, 그것도 팬트하우스 등급 객실인데 카드키를 기본 1장만 제공하는 운영 방식은 도무지 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 전자레인지 이용도 정말 불편했습니다. 공용 전자레인지가 있는 게 아니라 음식을 데우려면 직접 프론트까지 내려가 직원에게 부탁해야 합니다. 편의점 음식 하나 데우려고 객실에서 내려가 직원을 찾고 요청한 뒤 다시 올라와야 합니다. 문제는 이 과정에서도 카드키를 들고 한 명이 나가면 객실에 남은 사람들은 또 어둠 속에서 기다려야 한다는 점입니다. 이런 부분은 체크인할 때 안내도 없었습니다. 팬트하우스라는 객실 등급을 생각하면 과연 이에 걸맞은 서비스가 맞는지 의문이 들었습니다. 물도 넉넉하게 제공되는 편이 아닌데 정수기 위치나 이용 방법에 대한 안내도 없었습니다. 누군가 물 받으러 나가면 나머지 사람들은 또 어둠 속에서 기다려야 하는 상황이 반복됩니다. 투숙객 동선을 전혀 고려하지 않은 느낌이었습니다. 욕조가 있는 객실인 줄 알고 예약했는데 실제로는 사용이 불가능했습니다. 수리 중이었다면 예약 전에 안내하는 게 맞다고 생각합니다. 야외 수영장도 이용 불가였는데 이것 역시 사전 안내가 없었습니다. 주차도 불편했습니다. 외출 후 들어올 때마다 프론트에 연락해서 주차 등록을 해야 한다는데 그런 설명은 체크인 때 전혀 없었습니다. 결국 주차비가 뜨는 상황까지 발생했습니다. 주차 공간이 부족해서 지하 4층에 주차했는데 엘리베이터 한쪽은 지하 4층 버튼 자체가 작동하지 않았습니다. 안내문 한 장만 붙여놨어도 될 문제였습니다. 베란다는 청소가 안 되어 있었고 쓰레기통은 너무 작아서 휴지 몇 장만 버려도 금방 가득 찼습니다. 어메니티도 비누, 샴푸, 트리트먼트, 샤워젤 정도가 전부입니다. 객실은 깔끔하고 예뻤지만 그 외의 모든 부분이 아쉬웠습니다. 시설 자체보다 부족한 안내와 불편한 운영 방식 때문에 만족도가 크게 떨어졌습니다. 특히 여러 사람이 함께 사용하는 4인 팬트하우스 객실에서 카드키 1장만 제공해 투숙객들이 반복적으로 어두운 방에서 기다려야 하는 상황은 납득하기 어려웠습니다. 전체적으로 최소한의 시설만 갖춰놓고 운영하는 느낌이었고, 모텔보다 좋은 객실에 모텔보다 못한 서비스를 경험한 기분이었습니다.

숙소는 둘째치고 편의시설이 굉장히 깔끔하고 깨끗함. 방음을 비롯해 주변 소음도 없어서 굉장히 고요함. 나같은 힐링러들은 개인적으로 굉장히 만족스러움. 다만 조식이 가격에 비해 성비도 안나오고 09:30에 라스트오더인데 그 전에 이미 거의 끝남.
