"Staff uninterested and unmotivated to help. Lack of English makes it very hard to ask anything. Facilities ordinary with pool area now a concrete jungle with fence around and buildings. Rooms lack toilet paper, towels and smoking allowed in hotel by mainly Chinese guests (Chinese have bought hotel) is disgusting for non smokers. Last time I stay there. "

"Fantastic hotel. Rooms are big and well appointed and very clean. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area simply wonderful. It is set back about 200m from the beach and a10min walk to Otres2. Don't let this put you off as there is a golf buggy shuttle at your disposal all day. You can even arrange pick up up to 10pm every night which is a good idea as the road is dark. "【良い点】木々に囲まれたプールはとても気持ちが良い。緑いっぱいで景色もすばらしい。蚊帳のあるベット、バルコニー付きの広々したお部屋。バスルームの浴槽にはお湯を張れる。（徐々にぬるま湯になってしまうので、シャワーの前にお湯を張ること）歩いて数分のお寺(Leu Pagoda)には野生のサルがいっぱいいて面白かった。ホテルに木の上に来ることもある。【悪い点】朝食が残念。朝食ビュッフェと記載があったが、メニューから１つ注文する形式だった。料理が出てくるのが遅く、調理していたのは近所のおばさん。お世辞にもおいしいとは言えないものだった。朝食会場は昼食・夕食をとれるレストランとして機能しておらず、近くにレストランはないので5kmほど離れた市内中心部まで出る必要がある。部屋の掃除はまずまず。バスルームの排水は悪い。【その他】山なので虫が多い。虫嫌いな人には不向き。ホテル施設内でもライトがないので日が暮れると真っ暗。【最後に】あの朝食でこのお値段には不満だが、とにかくプールが気に入ったので満足。また機会があれば訪れたい。"
