Good location, but unimpressive overall

Good location right next to the beach. Walking distance from the Golden Lions roundabout with many restaurants nearby. However, the amenities at the hotel are very basic. Casino tables right between the lobby area and the guest elevators, are fairly distasteful. Breakfast was very disappointing compared to other hotels I’ve been to in the region

The room was spacious, nice mattress and lots of pillows. Their pool is only open after 3 p.m. which is a downer. Even though I paid through Expedia, I was required to pay, in American cash, a deposit of $50.00. I got it back when I checked out. The hotel is steps from a long, fantastic beach on the Gulf of Thailand and my room over looked it.

Worst’s place I have ever stayed if you don’t want to sleep at night this is the place for you it was so loud outside side fro 2300 to 0600 that I did not sleep at all they gave you earplugs in your room knowing that it was loud but nobody on the web site said a word that is messed up I checked out a day early and the did not even offer a refund because it happens all the time I would not stay here for Free or if they paid me $1000 to stay worse place ever

Good location by the beach and restaurants

Good location by the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Hotel has rooftop pool, although the space is small so there are no lounge chairs - only regular tables and chairs. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. The one negative is that the lobby of the hotel and the casino are one area so you have to walk through the casino to get to and from the elevators to your room. The casino allows smoking so you have to deal with the smell of cigarettes.

Struttura di alta qualità, dalla stanza spaziosa e pulita fino alla colazione al decimo piano vista mare (pancake buonissimi). Bello anche lo skybar e la skypool. Inoltre merita un plauso il personale, di una cordialità unica. Al massimo l'unica pecca è che la zona è molto rumorosa, ma non dipende dall'hotel ma dai locali nelle vicinanze.

La Vogue, Sihaunokville, Kambutsea

Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisiä ja ammattitaitoisia, myös englannin kielen taito erinomainen. Aamiaisen sai valita pitkästä listasta (kaksi länsimaalaista, mutta hyvää). Aamiaisravintolan henkilökunnan kielitaito vajavainen, vain muutama ymmärsi. Paikka mainio meren rannalla, mutta vesi saastunutta (ei voinut uida). Rahanvaihto onnistui hyvin (pienempiä dollareita). Casino ei häirinnyt alakerrassa ollenkaan, mutta ympäristön melusaaste häiritsi öisin (musiikki pauhasi kovalla iltakuudesta aamukuuteen!) Sattui myös joku festariviikonppu. Uima-allas samassa tilassa ravintolan kanssa ja aukesi myöhään. Olisi kyllä voinut pyytää avaamista erikseen aikaisemmin. Sisääntulo aikaisemmin onnistui lisämaksusta. Laukut voi jättää säilöön saarireissun ajaksi kolmeksi yöksi! Huoneessa kiva parveke merelle.

Zu laut um zu erholen

Das Hotel ist gut Ausgestattet , leider so ringhörig das bis morgens ca 5-6 uhr extrm laut ist musik , disco , club im haus , mann muss immer durch das casino laufen um die zimmer zu erreichen , zu guter letzt muss man noch zusätzlich für sauna benüzung zahlen , personal perfekt und seeehr freundlich , essen ok ,

海岸沿いのホテル

船着き場に近く、また周辺にはレストランなどが数件ある。海岸沿いなので、海側であれば景色が楽しめると思う。 宿泊した階が11階であったが、直ぐ上がスカイパブであり、音が若干気になった。 また1階がCASINOになっているので、チェックインカウンターもCASINO内にあるような感じで、若干マイナスポイント。 スタッフは丁寧な対応をしてくれたので気持ちは良かった。

It was close to the pier, as was my only interest. Sihanukville was not in our schedule, but after our flight from Siem Reap to Sihanukville was rescheduled for 4pm, we couldnt catch the last ferry. Ants in the bedroom and bathroom, went for dinner and i ordered pizza with bacon and chicken, only to be served pizza with backn and shrimps...🙄. I sent it back as j am allerhic to shripms only to be serves the same pizza after they had removed the shrimps...my partner had to eat alone...

Disappointing and over priced

This hotel is in the middle of a construction site. We couldn’t get a taxi or tuk to it so we had to walk through a construction site to get to the hotel. Something I feel the hotel should have communicated before we arrived. But no communication or apology was offered when I complained when we arrived. The roof top pool does not have anywhere you can lay down in its all seated and is not a comfortable place to be. The food at the roof top bar and the room service are both below par and over priced. The fruit platter which is $15 is worth $3 all you get is 3 half fruits cut up on a small side plate. The so called gym is not a gym - it is 2 running machines and a bike. That is all. When we book hotels we always want a gym and had I known it was only this I would not have booked here. All in all I couldn’t have been more disappointed by this over priced inconsiderate hotel and I will never be staying here again.

En förstörd stad just nu

Hotellet är helt okej och bra service dock håller de på att bygga överallt. Staden och stora delar av stranden är en byggarbetsplats. Stanna max en natt om ni ska ta er ut till öarna.

Helt okej boende.

Hotellet var helt okej, bättre än vad jag hade för väntar mig men staden är under alla kritik. Ser ut som någon släppt en bomb där. Ända negativa med hotellet var att deras gym av delning bestod av en cykel och ett löppar band.

A okay hotel right by the pier. Sihanoukville is a construction site now, but that's not the hotels foult. There is a casino in the first floor when you come into the lobby. The service is okay and the breakfast is okay. They have a nice pool, but no sunbeds when I was there. it looked like it had been a party in the pool area the night before.

Construction site

The hotel room was good. Breakfast was very poor. The choice was not very good and coffee was only included with the American breakfast and then only one cup allowed. Most stairs had no handrails. The worst thing though was the surrounding area. Sihanoukville is a major construction site and the heart has been ripped out of the place. The road was just dust and cars could not get to the hotel entrance. The whole city is like this currently.
