"Hard to cite anything that didn’t go right or needs improvement. This property is an experience. Beautiful food ( our breakfast was included), suite towels and linens were lovely, and the staff sincerely tries to anticipate your every need. The grounds are heavenly, with many little alcoves and niches to sit and soak up the nature. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it rained. "We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...
