"Loved it. The host was very good in terms communication and giving accurate instructions about getting to the hut. He also prepared a wonderful breakfast. The place is so beautiful and has wonderful views all around especially of Lake Thun. It's a little warm in the summer though, no A/C and no window screens (so if you want to open the windows for some air you'd get bitten by mosquitoes)"

"Hotel is right next to bus stop that goes to Thun, which is perfect if you need the convenience of travel. Staff is very friendly and assisted me when they couldn’t find my booking or work the safe. I dock a couple of stars because the room is slightly dated (no free outlets to plug into next to the beds) and there isn’t someone always at the front desk to help (but perhaps because I went off season). "Interesting self check-in and door controls via app. Great for the tech savvy, but I can imagine some older folks might need some help. Our cozy room was compact but sufficiently spacious for 2 adults with a little creative arrangement of 2 large luggages. Only thing that it didn't have was a fridge in the room. There was a fridge in the common area that I think can be used though. We love that the place was modern, clean, centrally located and even had a free game room, coffee and fruits."
