"Hotel nicely located in the hills. Room well-proportioned and comfortable. Restaurant food was good and service was first class. Only stayed one night but would serve as a useful base for those wishing to explore the Basque countryside."

"Bed linen and towels were very old and need replacing. Had to make the beds ourselves and were instructed to un make and fold all linen and towels when leaving. Pillows were old saggy cushions. Only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied for 4 days stay in an apartment that takes 5 people. Told to buy our own toilet paper. Not very convenient as approx 1k out of town. All in all not comfortable and poor value for money. "

"todo fenomenal. tanto el trato del personal, como la ubicacion y la limpieza. lo que recomendaria es un pequeño repaso en el mantenimiento de ciertos detalles en los muebles de cocina, ya que es una pena que alguna puerta no encaje del todo bien, al menos en nuestro apartamento. tampoco entendimos el razonamiento del horario de la calefaccion. pero en global muy bien"
