The front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful. The room was actually a really nice layout. Everything was clean. It is definitely an older property though, the air conditioning units were kind of falling apart. But they worked which is nice. The only two things I would criticize was that the hot water was hit and miss in the shower, and the property is just in a bad location with lots of sketchy people running around in the parking lot. That's not their fault, but if you're looking for something a little quieter and safer, I would recommend someplace else. All in all, thanks to the friendly staff and the nice layout of the room, I would stay here again.

I appreciate the staff here but there was a generator or something apparently on the roof above my room cycling on and off loudly enough that people I was speaking with on the phone asked about the noise. Construction going on in adjoining rooms most days, also loud. Nights were reasonably quiet. Walking distance to local health food co-op. Water pressure in shower was dismal and no hot water in kitchen sink. For the price, I’d go back, but try to avoid 207, 206 - rooms under roof noise. Also, if you want to boil water (like for pasta) bring your own pot.

For under 70$ a night this was a great deal. It was spotless and appeared to be maintained its paint and repairs regularly. I would absolutely stay here again. Very nice after weeks of traveling to have a hotel with a separate bedroom and a couch.
