When we arrived check in was smooth, and, they also were able to provide us with excellent gluten free restaurant recommendations. The building was exactly like it is shown in their photos. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel is stunning! Walking up the spiral staircase was a dream and I hardly took the elevator. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and very pretty. Overall an excellent stay, though I did see what other reviews mentioned which was that the property could use some maintenence. Little light flickers, a tap that sometimes drips, etc. But the charm of the building is more than enough to make up for that."
