"The staff was excellent.. the rooms were clean . Seems that the management is disconnected from the hotel, and throw every problem to the staff. The hot water issue and the breakfast which wasn t great.. it should be the management / owners responsible to actually fix the proble and not just collect the money. But lovely staff and very helpful"

"Breakfast was delicious (fruit, scrambled eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, juice). The owners were very friendly and accommodating (we checked in a bit early and they let us go in since the room was ready). Location is wonderful since it is a walking distance from great restaurants, bakery and downtown. All great!"

"We had a wonderful time! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner during our stay. The cocktails were delicious and perfectly made. The staff provided excellent recommendations for things to do on Isabela Island, which really enhanced our experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality.
