Luxury Hotels in Sierra, Guanacaste

"Very beautiful property, room was spacious , food was good. Front desk Staffs are okay. - they did their job but not as welcoming or accommodating as staffs in other resorts in Carribean. And don’t expect early check in, the front desk have us wait till 3pm to check in ( I guess the room was ready before check in , I was waiting at the lobby, but they didn’t notify me the room was ready until I ask them if it was ready at 3pm. Restaurant staffs were really nice and excellent service. I think I will not come back to Costa Rica, rather go to DR or Cancun for my next trip. I recommend this resort who are planning to visit La Fortuna. "

"The view from the room/hotel is everything. You can do lots of bird watching right from your balcony and there’s lots of wonderful wildlife around the grounds. The food was excellent breakfast as well as the dinner, really great quality food. Staff were helpful if needed something. It’s a little remote so you have to be willing to arrange shuttles or taxis if you don’t have a car. Also need to be able to walk around the grounds to get to places, but if you struggle or have luggage they arrange golf carts for people "
