"I had to ask for the coffee to be restocked and the trash emptied. Getting to our room was a choir. Had to walk through a smoke filled casino with luggage, ice chest, and other travel items. Only one elevator, our room was at the opposite end from the elevator. Parking was not convenient. We ate at the restaurant on site and it was a nice breakfast."

"The room was, as expected, practical and attractive; everything worked. The staff were generous with their time helping me decide on trails. The environment was quiet, and the restaurant fantastic (dinner is a little pricey but was worth doing once). Parking easy and close. This was my second visit and I will happily come back."

"Fabulous view. Great service. Tryout there new Mexican restaurant hidden in the side . Ask for Guided hiking tours. They arranged sailing for us as well. It from anywhere and everything. I will strongly advise to rent a car at the airport. Keep it up team Ritzy."

"The hotel was very clean and kept. Receptionist could have been more courteous and thorough at check in. He assumed we knew the ins and out of the hotels, so I had to ask him more questions. Breakfast is an extra $15. Great hotel otherwise."
