"We had a great time at Riu Santa Fe, the rooms were very clean the staff was so nice and they were always cleaning which was so good! Definitely will be back"

"Overall a good stay. The hotel itself, pool, room itself, views and hotel location and access to the beach are top notch. The pool had a small kids section which our toddler enjoyed. The downsides: food was good but not great, drinks were just ok, but my wife and I were shocked as to how extremely overpriced everything was. $10 CAD for a cappuccino, $30+ CAD for a pizza, $20 CAD for a simple margarita."

"The Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort is money well spent. There are so many amenities on property, The restaurant / food options are excellent. The views from each room are amazing. The Fun Lab for kids and teens is excellent! Staff are lovely. The bedding is overdue for upgraded sheets and Duvets, but besides that everything else was great."

"The all-inclusive experience was decent overall. The VIP pool and deck became unbearably hot during the day, and after 11:00 a.m. the pool water was also very warm, making it less refreshing. Some of the plastic cups had an unpleasant odor. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but for a four-star resort, I expected a higher level of quality and attention to detail. Also, the beach is not suitable for swimming, so if enjoying the ocean is important to you, this may not be the best choice. Staff is muy amable."
