"Great location near the main plaza. Like most of the old cities in Italy, you’ll struggle getting any luggage to the room, as the apartment is a .8 mile walk to the nearest public parking garage. The apartment was spacious, with (3) queen-sized beds, as advertised. Check-in is somewhat inconvenient, particularly if you need any instructions getting in. "A great hotel - friendly, welcoming & very friendly staff. Very helpful & I really felt welcomed! The breakfast staff were wonderful - with special mention to Bedere - who was always happy to go the extra mile. The coffee was great, thank you! I liked that the hotel was just outside the main centre - but a very easy walk to the centre, & away from the noise, parties & drums 😋. I thought the hotel went beyond the norm to make the hotel guests feel welcome. Such friendly and pleasant staff - and along with the location and comfortable & clean rooms - I really enjoyed my stay in lovely Siena👍👍👍👍👍!"
