The staff were genuinely pleasant and gave us useful help when planning our day. I liked exploring the streets around the hotel and finding small restaurants and cafés nearby.
The pool was a nice option when I wanted a break from walking around the city. The staff were cheerful, and the restaurant was convenient for a casual meal and drinks.
The service felt polished, the room was excellent, and the combination of dining, swimming, spa facilities, and organized cultural experiences made our stay feel special.
This felt like a good choice for a shorter city stay. I appreciated the comfortable room and the little extras that made the experience feel convenient. The staff were attentive, and I enjoyed having time to relax instead of constantly being on the go.
The staff were polite and helpful whenever I had questions. My room was comfortable, and after walking around the area I enjoyed coming back for a quiet evening.
We stayed here for one night and really liked the room. We arrived around 2:45 PM and the reception process was smooth. The room was spacious, quiet, We loved the view of our room it was with balcony and facing to the pool, Great hotel
The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. In the afternoon, we took a short break at the pool before having a massage. Around 7:00 PM, we had dinner at the hotel and tried fish amok, beef lok lak, and some fresh vegetables. Everything tasted good, especially the local dishes. After dinner, we sat outside for a while and enjoyed the quiet evening.
The room was really very large and the bed comfortable. Excellent cleaning. Extremely professional, kind and helpful staff. Nice pool area good value for money.
It's such a wonderful hotel. I want to stay again. amazing friendly and helpful staff.

I spent short night at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the staff at the hotel, they were always very helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant was great. I highly recommend the Spa which called Khmer traditional massage. So nice.
Our interaction with the staff (reception, restaurant and maintenance) was great. The facilities are good, but as they are older, they need attention. Pool area is highlight of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was perfect for the time we were there.
Nice hotel close to the center and to the temples. Wide and new rooms, but the other asian guests sometimes should be noisy. Very kind staff always ready to help you.
The green nature of the facility makes it cool and environment friendly. The rooms are also very comfortable. The staff are very friendly. I would definitely go back
I liked staying somewhere quieter and surrounded by greenery rather than in the busiest part of town. After our temple visit, I enjoyed a Khmer meal, a massage, and some time beside the pool. The hotel team also helped organize our Angkor tour and airport transfer.
The overall hotel is nice, pool and all the vegetation in the courtyard is very pretty. Staff was super nice and helpful with local information. But everything else was less than ideal.
We had reserved a room with a king bed, and prepaid online. Checking in, they told us they only had rooms with 2 twins. Only after some back and forth did they concede and give us the room we booked. It took about 30-45 minutes to actually get to our room, despite no line.
We got woken up in the middle of the night (3am-5am) every night we stayed. Loud banging, people yelling, etc. When we asked the front desk about this, they said it was a "wake up call" for guests with early tours. So the staff effectively wakes up every room around whoever has a wake up call. Any noise in the hallway may as well be coming from in your room.
Why adults can't set an alarm for their own tour, I'm not sure.
A major reason for booking was the private soaking tub on the balcony. However it was clear they don't clean the tub. It was full of dirt and debris from the plants, as well as hairs and dead bugs.
For the price I guess I can't complain too much, but don't expect a good night's sleep or relaxing in the soaking tubs.
