Poor value for money. Great location and staff

+ great location, garden and staff -/- nothig works and place is getting quite run down and not maintained. Value for money is poor but at lower rate would still be nice place to stay. Visit of 3 adults with 3 rooms booked. The garden and balcony's are really the great feature of the hotel, just loved all the green. Hotel is in great location and overall staff is great. Paricular positive mention to Saro! Light switches dont work, aircons leaking right over electric wiring, beds not in great shape and so on.... In one of the rooms the toilet was blocked and my mum of 71 was told she would have to do without toilet for the night..!? No apologies and no fix. Got overcharged for one room.

All fine, except of the rooms on the ground floor. Avoid them, they‘re very humid and smelly. Also some breakfast options are not available from time to time (e.g. fruit or fried rice) - don’t hesitate to order two things or refill, if it’s not enough. Besides that all great!

Overall, this hotel is good & value for money. Staff are very polite & helpful. The following are areas which we hope they can improve on: 1. Pick-up from airport did not happen as promised. Staff told us to take a tuk-tuk which costs $5 & will reimburse us. It cost $9 and we paid the difference on our own. 2. They could not arrange for two masseurs even though they said ok when we made the bookings. In the end we had a shorter duration & took turns.

Family stay at SR!

First of all, staff were excellent and very helpful wherever they could. Breakfast was also quite ok except the coffee was dire. Location was fabulous and a short walk from really good restaurants in Siem reap, near the markets. The honeymoon suite I booked smelt very musty as the attached toilet does not have a window or working extraction fan. And there is no furniture for our belongings. And even the frames on the wall didn’t have any picture in it. A bit sad really... Due to the smell, it was making me sneeze so I changed room to the standard room (no refund were offered) but I didn’t care. Although the room was smaller it was much better apportioned and had bedside lamps, bedside table, decent balcony, and the extraction fan works... My 3 Kids were booked into a family room with 2 double beds and that was also ok... Basically a lot of things don’t work, light switches and fans and the manager was more interested to sell tours rather than see to the room upkeep. Overall it’s fantastically cheap, and not atrocious and sweet and sincere people working there. Overall I enjoyed it, and it served its purpose for our 2 Families of 10 people but it’s not for the fussy. Opt for a standard room instead as they are away from the noosy pool and have more privacy. The family room though much bigger was still l a bit cramped with 3 beds and soulless.

Das Hotel wirkt im ersten Moment sehr ansprechend, auch wenn man sich die Fotos ansieht, aber so ist es nicht. Es wurde kräftig gebaut und entspannt Runden im Pool ziehen war nicht möglich unter den Augen der Bauarbeiter. Pool ist aufgrund der vielen Pflanzen und Bäume immer "verschmutzt". Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Wir hatten eines mit Durchgangstür, entsprechend laut war es. Wir haben unsere Nachbar mehr als deutlich gehört. Im Hotelrestaurant hatten wir nur einmal ein Sandwich, völlig überteuert. Wenn essen, dann am besten am Markt circa 10 min laufen. Super lecker und günstig. Das Frühstück kann a la carte bestellt werden. Wir haben das erste Mal auch alles bekommen, das zweite und dritte Mal fehlte immer etwas. Gut war die Khmer Massage, aber ansonsten würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

スタッフのみなさん、とてもフレンドリーかつ親切で サービスはきめ細やか、 お部屋の設えも味のあるものばかり、 アメニティの質もこだわりが伺えるものが用意されておりました。 （特に歯ブラシについてはいいものを使っていましたね） 本来ならば今回私が払った金額では到底お泊まりできないクオリティーのお宿だと思うのですが、そんな私にも滞在中、マネージャーのチャーリーさんを始め、スタッフの方がいつも気にかけてくださり、とても楽しい滞在となりました。 是非また泊まりに行きたいと思います。 ロケーションもオールドマーケットの川向こう、歩いても数分の所ですので、パブストリートで楽しんできた後も楽に帰ることができるので安心でした。

Wonderful relaxing oasis after hot days exploring

A brilliant stay in a wonderfully designed hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, the pool was idyllic and the breakfast environment was very attractive. Rady was excellent, organising cars and tuk tuks for tours and sorting out any problems smoothly. The lush tropical hotel grounds are a joy to walk through with fish and even rabbits! A great hotel for couples and families.

オールドマーケットから歩いて10分程の静かな場所にありました。 静かな場所が良く、繁華街へのアクセスも考慮される方はおすすめです。 部屋は日本の基準で考えて、可もなく不可もなくです。 朝食はコンチネンタルブレックファーストと書いてあったので、余り期待しませんでしたが、そこそこ種類は豊富（特にチャーハンはお気に入り）で、おなか一杯食べられます。 スタッフの対応は良いです。 初日、ホテルを通じてアンコールワットへトゥクトゥクをチャータしましたが、そのドライバがアンコールワットの見学が終わったあと、行方不明に。別のトゥクトゥクでホテルへ帰りフロントへクレームしたところ、そのドライバへの支払いは無しに。夜ワインのプレゼントがありました。
