The staffs are very courteous, respectful and helpful. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is close the pub street and it’s very convenient. I would recommend if you come to visit Siam Reap.

I have never stayed in such a remarkable hotel in my lifetime. As my first time visiting Cambodia, I must say , I was apprehensive at first. However, this hotel and the staff had made me feel very comfortable. It is a beautiful hotel, with extra services including Spa,Gym and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the rooms are very large and spacious with daily cleaning services towards the room. All staff within this hotel have always been very respectful, kind, friendly and welcoming towards not only the guests but also towards others within the building. Manager Judy who has been an absolute delight, guided us through the hotel with a warm smile. She has been an excellent manager , constantly checking up on me and my family. I am very thankful to have met such amazing people within this wonderful hotel. Thank you so much Manager Judy and staff for the wonderful service you have provided and I will 100% recommend this exceptional hotel to anyone reading this as of now . Our stay here was lovely. Very good location, lovely room with balcony, nice staff. Pool was beautiful, everything very clean. We did a fantastic 2 day GetYourGuide tour if Angkor Wat, had great dinners at the Haven and Mahob Redtaurants. Book your own stuff, it is much more expensive through the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. The hotel, room, location, price were all great but what really impressed us was the level of service and attentiveness to our needs. the entire staff was extremely kind and desiring to do all they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We have stayed in many places in SiemReap but dollar for dollar this is the best value heads down. Ms. Lim and her team offer Clean amazing rooms with great services and a beautiful pool. We would not hesitate to go back.

Sarada at the front desk is a treasure! She and her team took care of everything we asked for and her recommendations for excursions and sights to see were perfect for us. The hotel is very clean in a good location, the bed comfortable, the pool area has just the right amount of shade and sun. And the breakfast is divine! Really great two night stay here while visiting Angkor Wat. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool, massage spa, and breakfast. The family suite was perfect for our family of three. The hotel is situated a short tuk tuk ride ($2 each way) from Old Town and the night market; we enjoyed a quieter stay in this area and found plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby (Made in Cambodia market was an easy walk and very pleasant trip). The hotel staff also offered takeaway breakfast for us on a day with an early trip planned! Top tier service—highly recommend!
