Very walkable to all tourist places and employees (reception and room service) were super helpful. Only complain is that our room's patio door did not have a glass which made it super noisy.

The staff at Chateau d'Angkor are the friendliest and most attentive anywhere I've even stayed at. They were prompt to give us the help we needed--from tuk-tuks and directions getting around, to coordinating with the airport about our lost luggage. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Very nice staff. We got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment. Booked show, tuk tuk and museum ticket at the reception(same price as outside). Good breakfast and restaurant. Also very good location close to night market and restaurants.

Decent Hotel

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 2 days. The suite was large and clean, but the living room and kitchen furnitures were pretty old. The breakfast was decent and staff at the hotel were very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will recommend this hotel to others.

Had requested a room on a low floor as no lifts in hotel and pre arrival hotel confirmed we were allocated a room on floor 1 (1 floor above ground). On our near midnight arrival we were given a room on floor 2 & unfortunately person on duty did not understand our request for a room on a lower floor. We could have requested a different room the next day, but decided to stick with the room we were given rather than face the hassle of repacking and moving room. Room was large and very clean. Sofa and chairs in lounge are wooden with thin cushions, so not comfortable for sitting on. Chairs on balcony were comfortable though. Breakfast was included in our room rate - a buffet with egg items made to order. Enough variety to suit everyone. Reception was very helpful in booking transport for us at a reasonable rate and adding it to our hotel bill so we just made one payment as we checked out. One transfer to the airport was included in our room rate and this was efficiently organised. Overall a good choice for Siem Reap and would use again.

We enjoy our stay here and the location of the hotel is just perfect. Very close to pub street and mall. Quiet at night. Always clean our room and refill our water supply. The breakfast is just nice.

住兩房一廳，每個房都有獨立浴室及露台，有洗衣機，地方十分門闊落，但陳切簡單，沙發也沒有！ 員工友善，有禮！ 住了七天，每天打掃房間後，都發現遺漏了補充消耗品，如 棉花棍、 瓶裝飲用水、牙膏、 厠紙等，都要向前台要求才再補充。 我不少心打破房內玻璃水杯，在退房時也都要收取1.5美元，好像是小氣點吧！ 泳池不大，但設備不全，泳池毛巾沒有經常補充；還有一天，太陽椅的軟墊沒有放上，只剩木架。 早餐款式不多，每天都有少許轉換，味道也好！

Insgesamt waren wir sehr Zufrieden Leider war der Balkon kaum nutzbar Wegen der Abwärme der Klimaanlage (Fan) die auf beiden Seiten Installiert waren. Zweites Manko der Pool war mit einer Wassertiefe von 85 cm bis 1,50m für mich mit 1.90 m kaum zum Schwimmen geeignet. Somit eher ein Planschbecken! Alles andere war sehr gut, der Service, die Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung der Zimmer, das Frühstücksbüffet war sogar Ausgezeichnet! Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen, und bedanke mich noch einmal herzlich bei dem Personal.

Terrific stay

The staff at Chateau d' Angkor are fabulous. Thank you to Mr Koh and his team for attentive service and responsiveness to all our needs. Breakfast and the in house room service were good also, with reasonable room service prices. The hotel is an easy 2 minute walk to Heritage mall, and a tuktuk ride to great local restaurants like The Embassy, Marum, and Sugar Palm is only three dollars each way. Hope to be back someday.
