"the moquette with very very long hair is something that is extremely hard to clean, and in my opinion should never be inside a hotel room where guests can change every day. the single room is really small."

"Hotel Gruener Sand was a very nice place, very clean room, courteous staff, helpful for someone like me that speaks very little German. Dinners were delicious in the little pub, and breakfast was also delicious. Very personalized care, and the only thing that I would recommend for the room(s)m, would be a little apartment size refrigerator. We had some juice drinks that needed refrigeration. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality"

"Leider war die Rezeption erst um 16 Uhr besetzt und nicht wie angekündigt um 14 Uhr. Dies war aber auch der einzige negative Punkt. Ansonst kleines Hotel, sehr guter Zustand und sehr freundliches Personal"

"I did enjoy my stay here, nice quite hotel. I did book a queen room unfortunately they gave me a twin room?! Didn't complain tho as I arrived late and was too tired. There is not alot around the hotel so if you need anything such as drink, snacks, toiletries I would recommend getting them before you go. Overall though this is a nice wee hotel in the countryside 😊"

"Reception closes early, but staff are at your assistance by phone. I wasn't able to open the door. (Probably a mistake when programming the key... Luckily enough, another guest was able to open my door with his key... Some contact details might come in handy for future misfortunes like this. I don't know what I would have done in other circumstances :-). Otherwise, staff is very friendly, there is plenty parking availability, breakfast is good and rooms are large and comfortable.
