"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"This is just an amazing Riad! I stayed here about 6 years ago and had such a wonderful time that I had to come back. Mr Jim and his lovely wife are such fantastic hosts and such great company. The location is perfect over looking the old city, the rooms have been updated and are now even more impressive! The food and service is top notch! "Cute pretty classic riad in the middle of the medina but off a side street. Very quiet. Great value for the money. Not too hard to find; good signage at the turnoff from the main walkway of the medina! As with most medina riads, you will need to walk in from the wall gate so be able to manage your luggage. Some steep stairs to rooms. Pleasant continental breakfast, which was even provided to us very early when needed. Host very accessible and helpful. However I would not recommend the guide who was provided by hotel - get one off an internet service. Associated restaurant Mom's Touch was fabulous. Also had a great time with cooking class at Cafe Clock. "

"The service was truly outstanding. We were contacted the day before our arrival. And they told us where to park. We also got great tips for our stay in Fes. Breakfast was really good and plentyful. Great hospitality and conviniently located. We also got a private tour which was excellent"

"Wonderful, luxurious stay in the heart of the Old City of Fes. The staff was exceptional in every way. By dinner of our first day we were recognized and addressed by name. Nothing appeared to be any trouble. The Riad was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The dinning options were satisfying and ordering off menu was available (within reason). The front desk was helpful in arranging, city tours, drivers and guides. I would definitely stay here upon a future visit to Fes. "

"We stayed just 1 night. The first day we arrived early at the morning and the second day we also checked out early, so the host provided us the breakfast at the first day, that was fantastic big portion local meal! Besides, the host helped to arrange the pickup service from the CTM station, the 20min trip charged us $80, it would be at least 50% cheaper if we took the taxi. For the location, it was outside the medina, <10min taxi would cost $15 by meter. The leather tannery is also walking distance <15min but guys please reject the tour guide at the entrance! They will charge you if you didn't purchase, and in fact their products are not that special, you can find the same thing in the medina. Please do negotia the price (50-70% lower) if you buy something in EVERY cities in Morocco!!!"
