"Vraiment un endroit merveilleux, tout a été parfait. Le palais est magnifique, la décoration tant des parties communes que des chambres est un vrai plaisir pour les yeux. Un calme absolu. Le service est efficace et chaleureux. Les repas sont très bons. C’est un peu loin du centre de Marrakech mais ça vaut vraiment le détour."

"Nice pool area. The waiters are nice. The management is terrible. Gym is small / outdated. Treadmill doesn’t start at times and is narrow. Tennis court is good but the ball was old and only one. Bath / toilet facilities don’t function properly. Be careful when you book, so you don’t get asked for more money upon check out. Breakfast is good but basic. Tajines are great including couscous. "Only way to contact them is to active your cellphone & call - they don’t answer anything else. This was our first issue. Second was when we called and told them we needed airport pick up and when we arrived at the airport NO ONE was there for us. It was 11PM and we were exhausted and needing sleep.
