Its better to deal directly with Hotel Benitala
There is no room service in the Hotel, Over all stay was good.
HOTELS.com had made USD 30 per day by charging customer more over the list price for rooms displayed at HOTEL. Now i will be more careful, dealing with Hotels.com as the Trust is lost.
